About requirements to the report on the termination of mutual investment fund

1. The report on the termination of mutual investment fund (further respectively - fund, the report) shall contain:

1.1. Date of creation of the report.

1.2. Data on fund:

complete name, type and category of fund;

data on availability or absence in rules of trust management of fund of specifying on the fact that investment shares of fund are intended for skilled investors;

number of rules of trust management of fund assigned when entering by the Bank of Russia of data on the specified rules into the register of mutual investment funds;

duration of the agreement of trust management of fund.

1.3. Data on managing company of fund:

full trade name and the primary state registration number (further - PSRN) managing company of fund;

number and date of issue of the license of managing company for implementation of activities for management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds (further - the license of managing company);

if at managing company of fund it is cancelled the license of managing company - acceptance date the Bank of Russia of the decision on cancellation of the license of managing company (date of cancellation of the license of managing company) (terminated).

1.4. Data on specialized depositary of fund:

full trade name and PSRN of specialized depositary of fund;

number and date of issue of license for activities of specialized depositary of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds (further - the license of specialized depositary);

if at specialized depositary of fund it is cancelled the license of specialized depositary - acceptance date the Bank of Russia of the decision on cancellation of the license of specialized depositary (date of cancellation of the license of specialized depositary) (terminated).

1.5. The information about the person performing the termination of fund and constituting the report:

if the termination of fund is performed by managing company of fund - specifying on the fact that the face performing the termination of fund is the managing company of fund, and also full trade name and PSRN of managing company of fund;

if the termination of fund performs specialized depositary of fund - specifying on the fact that the face performing the termination of fund is the specialized depositary of fund, and also full trade name and PSRN of specialized depositary of fund;

if the face performing the termination of fund is the temporary administration (temporary administration of insurance company) - specifying on the fact that the face performing the termination of fund is the temporary administration (temporary administration of insurance company), number and acceptance date the Bank of Russia of the decision on appointment of temporary administration (temporary administration of insurance company);

surname, name, middle name (in the presence) and position of person signing the report.

1.6. The information about person (persons) performing (performing) the termination of fund during the termination of fund (except the person performing the termination of fund and constituting the report), provided by paragraphs the second - the sixth subitem 1.5 of this Item.

1.7. Data on the basis of the termination of fund:

if the basis of the termination of fund is the exception of investment shares of fund of the list of the securities admitted to the organized auction held by all Russian exchanges specified in rules of trust management of fund - full trade name and PSRN of such exchanges, and also dates of exception them investment shares of fund from the list of the securities admitted to organized trading;

if the basis of the termination of fund is the fact that the quantity of the investment shares belonging to managing company of fund within 12 months exceeds 20 percent of total quantity of the issued investment shares - quantity of the investment shares belonging to managing company of fund for date of emergence of the basis of the termination of fund;

if the basis of the termination of fund is acceptance by general meeting of owners of investment shares of fund of the decision on early termination of the duration of the agreement of trust management - acceptance date general meeting of owners of investment shares of fund of such decision, number (in the presence) and date of creation of the protocol on results of holding meeting or correspondence voting for acceptance by general meeting of owners of investment shares of fund of such decision.

1.8. Date and source of disclosure of the message on the termination of fund according to the subitem 2 of Item 7 of article 31 of the Federal law "About Investment Funds".

1.9. The term of presentation of requirements of creditors which shall be satisfied at the expense of the property constituting fund.
