1. The regulations about requirements in the field of the prevention and anti-money laundering and financing of terrorism in activities of banks approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 321-332, the Art. 1311), with subsequent changes, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1354 of 21:08. To change 2018, as follows:
1) In Item 3 the text "single company ID (legal entity identifier) - the alphanumeric code constituted from 20 symbols which unambiguously identifies the legal entity, established according to ISO 17442," to replace with the following text: "the identifier of the legal entity (LEI) - the alphanumeric code from 20 symbols based on ISO 17442, appropriated to the legal entity;".
