This resolution realizes Art. 1 (item 45-47 and item 49-52) of the Directive (EU) 2019/878 European Parliament and Council of May 20, 2019 making amendments to the Directive 2013/36/EU concerning the excluded organizations, holding finance companies, the mixed holding finance companies, remuneration, measures and powers of supervision and measures for capital preservation, published in the Statement of the European Union No. L 150 of June 7, 2019, No. CELEX: 32019L0878 with the amendments made by the Directive (EU) 2021/338 European Parliament and Council of February 16, 2021 making amendments to the Directive 2014/65/EU concerning requirements in respect of information, product management and restriction of line items and Directives 2013/36/EC and (EC) 2019/878, as for their application in case of investment companies to promote recovery after the crisis caused by COVID-19.
