1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 864 "Some questions of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:
in Regulations on the Industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitems 67-1), 67-2), 67-3) and 67-4) of the following content:
"67-1) carrying out monitoring of the biddings by the exchange goods which are subject to obligatory realization through commodity exchanges within the competence;
67-2) approval of the list of exchange goods approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity, and also introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;
67-3) approval of the list of socially important exchange goods approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity, and also introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;
67-4) submission to authorized body on investments of information about investors and their investment projects;";
395) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"395) approval of rules of forming of architectural appearance and town-planning planning of the cities of republican value, the capital and city of regional value of special status according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on compliance to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of architecture, town planning and construction;".
