About modification of some orders of the Government (modification of subordinate legislations according to the Law No. 48/2023 on cyber security and the adjacent laws)

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1206/2016 about the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 379-386, 1303), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in appendix No. 2 after the words "National Penitentiary Administration" to add with the words "Agency of Cyber Security";

1.2. in appendix No. 3 after the words "Deputy Director of National Penitentiary Administration" to add with the words "Director of the Agency of Cyber Security".

2. In the Rules of rendering post services approved by the Order of the Government No. 1457/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 24-29, 46), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in item 4 to add with subitem 4-1) of the following content:

"4-1) safety of information networks and the systems used when rendering post services and, in case of inclusion in the Supplier list of services according to the Law No. 48/2023 on cyber security to fulfill the obligations on ensuring cyber security established by the relevant law;";

2.2. add with Item 136-1 of the following content:

"136-1. The agency of cyber security performs function of the state supervision and control of observance by the suppliers of post services included in the Supplier list of the services, obligations on ensuring cyber security established by the Law No. 48/2023 on cyber security according to provisions of the Law No. 131/2012 on the state control. The suppliers of post services included in the Supplier list of services according to the Law No. 48/2023 on cyber security shall provide to the Agency of cyber security access to the information which are available for them, property and rooms necessary for accomplishment of the purposes of control.".
