Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
Articles 430 and 431 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 430. Violation by the persons who invited to the Kyrgyz Republic or accepting foreign citizens and stateless persons, established procedure of their stay
1. Violation by the person who invited to the Kyrgyz Republic or accepting foreign citizens and stateless persons, established procedure of their registration and document creation for residence right, stay, changes of the residence, and also timely departure from the Kyrgyz Republic during term up to one month, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 55 settlement indicators.
The same act provided by paragraph one of part of 1 this Article, made during term:
from one to three months, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 55 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 100 settlement indicators;
from three to six months, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 75 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 150 settlement indicators;
from six months to one year, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 100 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 200 settlement indicators;
more than one year, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 125 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 300 settlement indicators.
2. The invitation faces of foreign citizens and stateless persons for the purposes which are not corresponding to the valid motives of their entrance and stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of absence in act of essential elements of offense, -
