About introduction of amendments to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Article 6:
in part (2):
Item g) to state in the following edition:
"g) intellectual and physical efforts;";
add part with Item h) the following content:
"h) incompatibility and special situations.";
add Article with part (5) the following content:
"(5) the Description and detailed determination of evaluation criteria affirm the order of the Minister of Finance.".
2. In the table 1 of appendix 3:
replace the word "Note" with the word "Notes", to consider the single note the note 1;
add the table with the note of the following content:
"2. Bodies of local public authority of the enlarged administrative and territorial units of the first level with population from 2700 to 5000 inhabitants can establish positions of deputies of primar which establishes the base pay according to the law reduced by four consecutive classes of compensation in comparison with the compensation class specified for primar of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit.".
3. In Item 11 of notes to the table 1 of appendix 7:
words "To pedagogical workers, including sports profile by which were appropriated" shall be replaced with words "To pedagogical personnel, including sports profile to which were appropriated", shall be replaced with words the words "for which were appropriated to them" "for which were appropriated";
add Item with the offer of the following content:
"The monthly allowance for pedagogical degree increases to base pay of pedagogical personnel and is considered in case of establishment of the allowance for achievements, the special allowance and annual bonus.".
