According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of Criteria and procedure according to which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring activity of the population during the special period, and also crucial for ensuring needs of the Armed Forces, other military forming during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 05, 2024 No. 650), Item 7 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2024 No. 1332 "Some questions of booking of persons liable for call-up for mobilization and on wartime", for the purpose of settlement of booking of the persons liable for call-up during action of warlike situation working at the companies, organizations, the organizations relating to the sphere of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, PRIKAZYVAYU is performed:

1. Approve Criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations, the organizations relating to the sphere of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, such which are important for industry of national economy during the special period which are applied is performed.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 285 "About approval of criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, such which are important for industries of national economy during the special period" is performed, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 08, 2023 at No. 760/39816.

3. To management of mobilization work, civil protection and critical infrastructure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Glushak A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine A. Sergeyev.
