In the context of letters No. DI/1/391/7235 of 09.08.2024 and No. DI/1/391-9580 of 12.09.2024 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova is declared that Iceland and the Kingdom of Norway provided the letter about ratification of the Free-trade agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the States of EAST (Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway and the Swiss Confederation) – further the Agreement signed in the city of Shaan on June 27, 2023, ratified by the Law No. 71/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 150a-176, 220), and also according to Art. 6 of h (9) pkt.g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:

Appendix No. 14 to the Section "List of Codes of Tariff Preferences" concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration" approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art.
