About modification of some regulations (declaring of property and private interests)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item and) parts (6) article 45 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (2008, 840), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 230-232, in the following edition:

"a) information on lack of prohibition at National authority on integrity;".

Art. II. - In the Law on National authority on integrity No. 132/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 245-246, 511), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 7:

in part (1):

Items c) and e-1) to state in the following edition:

"c) exercises control of property of subjects of declaring, establishes availability of essential difference between the gained income and the performed expenses, on the one hand, and the acquired property, with another, during execution of powers or occupation of the state positions or responsible state positions and addresses to degree of jurisdiction with claims for ascertaining of unreasonable property and pronouncement of decisions on its confiscation;";

"e-1) within 15 days informs the public organization in which the subject of declaring, or the body responsible for its appointment to position/confirmation of its powers, about the termination of powers, the employment or office relationships of the subject of declaring based on the final stating act works;";

add part with Item g) the following content:

"g) realizes policy in the field of integrity and fight against corruption, and also makes offers on development of regulations and program documents in the field of the competence.";

in part (2):

Item c) to declare invalid;

Item i) to state in the following edition:

"i) keeps the State register of persons who are forbidden to hold position according to the final stating act of National authority on integrity.";
