About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2017 No. 563 "About some questions of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2017 No. 563 "About some questions of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in the Regulations on the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

add Item 15 with subitem 25-1) of the following content:

"25-1) approval of standard qualification requirements to categories of positions of the law enforcement agencies approved by authorized body for public service;";

in Item 19:

add with subitems 32-1) and 32-2) of the following content:

"32-1) determines procedure, stages and terms of carrying out unplanned employee assessment of system of bodies of prosecutor's office;

32-2) determines the positions which are subject to substitution by persons ordinary, younger, average, the senior and highest commanding structure and the special ranks or class ranks corresponding to these positions;";

in the subitem 37):

the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"procedure and methods of determination of professional competences, key indicators and measure calculation of competitiveness (digital rating) of the candidate for service;";

to exclude paragraphs of the twelfth, twentieth and twenty second;

add with the paragraph the twenty eighth the following content:

"together with heads of law enforcement agencies - procedure and methods of carrying out psikhologo-social research;".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
