1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 9, 2021 No. 319 "About approval of Rules of issue of ecological permissions, submission of the declaration on impact on the environment, and also blank forms of ecological permission to impact and procedure for their filling" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 23928) the following changes:
in Rules of issue of ecological permissions, submission of the declaration on impact on the environment, and also blank forms of ecological permission to impact and the procedure for their filling approved by the specified order:
state Item 56 in the following edition:
"56. Renewal of ecological permission to impact for objects II of category is performed in cases of change of the name, change of form of business, reorganization or change of the operator of object on which ecological permission to impact for category objects II is issued.
In case of renewal of ecological permission to impact for category objects II uslugopoluchatel through the portal submit to the service provider the application for renewal of ecological permission to impact of the II category in form according to appendix 10 to these rules with application of documents, specified in Item 8 of the List 3.";

"97. For action of ecological permission to impact the operator annually to the first day of the second month following the accounting period submits the report on accomplishment of the actions plan on environmental protection in the state body which issued such permission in the form established by table 7 of Appendix of 2 Rules of production environmental control.";
