About approval of the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the Unified register of notaries
For the purpose of ensuring streamlining of accounting of the state and private notaries I ORDER:
1. Implement the Unified register of notaries.
2. To assign creation, maintaining and material logistics of the Unified register of notaries to the State company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Approve the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the Unified register of notaries it (is applied).
4. To department of notariate and licensing of legal practice (Krukoves N. V.) and to the State company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Ognevyuk N. V.) to bring this order to permission of chiefs of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments, directors of branches of the State company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and to provide control of its execution.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Justice B. S. Stychinsky.
