About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of agrarian receipts
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the Register of agrarian receipts approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2013 No. 665 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 73, the Art. 2675), the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:
"In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About agrarian receipts", "About public electronic registers", "About agrarian notes".".
2. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Financial sources of creation of program technical means of the Register and ensuring its functioning are the government budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the law.".
3. The fourth Item 6 after words of "data on agrarian receipts" to add the paragraph with words ", provides the information on agrarian receipts according to the procedure of electronic information exchange with registers in the cases provided by the law".
4. Add Item 11 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The agrarian note cannot be used along with the agrarian receipts provided by the Law of Ukraine "About agrarian receipts", the same debtor of rather same subject of pledge. Information from the Register is used for check of use by the debtor on agrarian note of the same subject of pledge at the same time as pledge according to the agrarian receipt.".
