Bring in the Procedure for training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in institutions of higher education (scientific institutions) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 261 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 29, Art. 1164; 2023, No. 53, Art. 2970; 2024, No. 44, the Art. 2698) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 17:
The second the words "from foreign language" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;
The paragraph the fifth to exclude 2).
2. To add Item 21 after the paragraph of the fifth with new paragraphs of the following content:
"During action of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine the individual curriculum of the graduate student (graduated in a military academy) of the third year of preparation of day form of education joins single state offsetting on the Ukrainian and foreign languages for the academic purposes as mandatory final control with use of organizational engineering procedures of external independent estimation which is carried out according to the procedure, certain MON.
