2. Approve the enclosed Instruction "About procedure for release of rural producers from payment of insurance premiums on compulsory national social insurance in case of natural disasters (floods, mudflows, earthquakes, landslides, hail, drought, frosts) or other emergency situations".
3. To direct to department of methodology this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To department of external relations and information of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to publish this resolution in mass media after registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication in mass media.
