About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About ministerial procedures"

"2. If the administrative act for the first time infringes on legitimate interests of other interested persons to which it is not addressed, the complaint to this administrative act can be made within one month from the date of when they knew of adoption of such act, but no later than one year from the date of its acceptance.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
