About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Article 187.1 of the following content:
"Article 187.1. Violation of the requirements concerning provision of access to systems of video surveillance or the access to systems of video surveillance provided by the law
1. Violation of the requirements concerning ensuring access to systems of video surveillance or the access to systems of video surveillance provided by the law:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundred minimum wages.
2. The action provided by part of 1 this Article committed repeatedly within one year after the introduction of the administrative act in force, but not earlier than in two months from the date of the introduction of the administrative act in force:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of one thousand minimum wages.".
Article 2." (If the offense was made in places of content of the detainees who are under authority of police)" to add part 1 of article 224 of the Code after words with the words "187.1".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since August 9, 2025.
