About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" to add with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. The head of community shall provide the round-the-clock access of law-enforcement bodies to the systems of video surveillance installed outside of the buildings of community, the organizations and organizations which are under the control of community fixing entrances and exits from community and also to other systems of video surveillance installed outside of the buildings which are in management or under control of this local government body. On the looked-through part of the controlled territory the plate with text shall be hung out: "The territory is under video surveillance of law-enforcement bodies".".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since August 9, 2025.
