About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Article 47.2. Features of territorial accounting of the immovable historical and cultural monuments occupied by them and historically and functionally related and allocated in accordance with the established procedure parcels of land and conservation zones
