About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 159 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) the cost of the property tax of the vehicle which is out of ownership of the owner based on crime, for the period, stipulated in Item 6 parts 1 of article 245 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after date of official publication and extends to settlement process of the property tax of the vehicles which are out of ownership of the owner based on the crimes committed after the introduction of the law in force.
