About entering of amendments into the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 5, 2025
Article 1. Part 1 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999, No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) to add with Item 3.2 of the following content:
"3. 2) data on the subject to state registration which is separate group of real estate on sense of Chapter 17.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia that is reflected in the certificate on state registration of the rights to real estate and the single reference;".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 30 of the law with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) in sense of Chapter 17.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia the transaction concerning the property which is separate group of real estate received notarial assurance without availability of the single reference;".
Article 3. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. For the purpose of inclusion of data, the stipulated in Clause 1 this Law, the state register of the real estate in the Unified register of state registration of the rights and restrictions on property the Agency of the state register of legal entities of the Ministry of Justice in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force represents the list of legal entities, stipulated in Clause 288.2 Chapters 17.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia to the state register of the real estate.
3. The requirement about reflection of data, the stipulated in Clause 1 this law, in appropriate certificates about state registration of the rights to real estate extends to the certificates constituted after entering of data into the register.
