About introduction of amendments to the Law "On Regulation of Gambling Activities"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 5, 2025
Article 1. In Item 29 of part 1 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 12, 2024, No. ZR-263 "On regulation of gaming" (further - the Law) the words "body-the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "state body".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
2. The legal acts following from this Law are accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
3. Restriction, stipulated in Item 6 parts 1 of article 37 of the Law, extends to term of office in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia which is authorized body under the law to the introduction of this law in force, and after the introduction of this law force - for term of office in the state body established by this Law.
4. To the introduction of this law in force the initiated and current administrative productions in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia which is authorized body under the law are performed by the Ministry of Finance, and the administrative productions initiated after the introduction of this law in force are performed by the state body established by this law.
