About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public-private Partnership"

Article 1. Declare invalid Item 25 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of June 28, 2019, No. ZR-113 "About public-private partnership" (further - the Law) (further - the Law).

Article 2. Declare invalid article 6 of the Law.

Article 3. State article 7 of the law in the following edition.

"Article 7. Authorized body

1. Authorized body in the field of PPP:

1) carries out work on development of policy of PPP;

2) performs functions of promotion and distribution of programs of PPP;

3) provides development of the regulatory legal acts connected with the procedure of PPP;

4) exercises control over the implementation of the financial liabilities established by the agreement on PPP;

5) Subjects programs of PPP to the current monitoring from the point of view of contingent and direct commitments;

6) is carried out by the analysis, the stipulated in Article 11 these Laws;

7) the stipulated in Article 11 these Laws draw the conclusion;

8) performs other powers provided by this Law.

Article 4. Regarding 1 article 8 of the Law:

1) in Item 2.1 of the word "the body developing policy" shall be replaced with words "authorized body";

Item 2.4 to declare 2) invalid.

Article 5. Final part and transitional provision

1. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.

2. The legal acts following from this Law are accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
