The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2014 No. 1222 "About approval of Rules of provision of dwellings to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation":

in Rules of provision of the dwellings to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation approved by the specified resolution:

4) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) the dwelling - the separate residential unit (the individual apartment house, the apartment, the room in the hostel, the modular (mobile) apartment house) intended and used for permanent residence and also in case of emergency situation the structure intended for temporary (seasonal) residence, destroyed or which became unsuitable for accommodation, being at least two years in property of the victim who does not have other dwelling in property in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of the announcement of emergency situation;";

5) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"5) the certificate of lack (availability) of real estate issued by The Government for Citizens State corporation.
