"15. Expert opinions of complex town-planning examination provide:
1) instruction of specification for the project, namely the name of the town-planning project, the customer, prime contractor, subcontractor, and also information on the level of the town-planning project with indication of the obligatory initial documents (the materials this) attached to the project, provided for examination by the Customer;
2) the name of the Section, surname, name, middle name (in the presence) the certified expert with indication of number of the certificate and information on compliance (discrepancy) of the Section to conditions of initial documents (the materials this) for designing, the stipulated by the legislation Republic of Kazakhstan, and also observance in project solutions and calculations of requirements of the state standard rates;
3) the deciding part with recommendations and with the conclusions of complex quality evaluation of the town-planning project and (or) other conclusions received as a result of the carried-out complex town-planning expertize.
