About modification of the Regulations on customs declarations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545, No. 91, Art. 3674; 2023, No. 3, the Art. 252, No. 13, the Art. 780), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", but not earlier than day of its publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on customs declarations

1. Add the Provision with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Statements, addresses, other documents which submission to customs authorities is connected using this provision are signed by the customs applicant or his direct customs representative.".

2. In Item 6:

Paragraph one of the subitem 3 after the word of "departures" to add 1) with words and figures "or the customs declaration M-16";

The subitem 4 after words and figures of "CN 23" to add 2) with words and figures "or the customs declaration M-16".

3. Add Item 21 with the paragraph of the following content:
