About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of national resistance" concerning use of fighting experience of combatants in the organization and implementation of training of citizens of Ukraine for national resistance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item of 1 part five of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of national resistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2021, No. 41, Art. 339; 2024, 31, 229) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"1) assistance to acquisition by citizens of Ukraine of readiness and capability of accomplishment of the constitutional debt on protection of the Fatherland, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, including on the basis of fighting experience of combatants who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out, in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions, in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of publication of this Law:

1) to provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

2) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

3) to provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
