About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning enhancement of mechanisms of attraction of persons to the administrative responsibility for abuse of regulations of military accounting and the legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:
1. Add with Article 235-3 of the following content:
"Article 235-3. Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine
The division of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine authorized by the head of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine considers cases on the following administrative offenses: about violation by persons liable for call-up of rules of military accounting, about violation of the law about defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization, about spoil of military and accounting documents or their loss on imprudence (Articles 210, 210-1, 211 (regarding the offenses made by persons liable for call-up of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine).
On behalf of Sluzhby of foreign intelligence of Ukraine to consider cases on administrative offenses and have the right to impose administrative punishments officials of the representative Glavoy Sluzhby of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of Sluzhby's division of foreign intelligence of Ukraine".
2. Add Article 247 with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) passing of military service by person concerning which proceeedings about the administrative offense provided by Articles 210 and 210-1 of this Code are begun".
3. Article 249 part one after words and figures "132-2 of this Code are stipulated in Article" to add with words and figures "and also Articles 210 and 210-1 of this Code, in cases if person does not dispute the allowed violation, agrees to attraction it to the administrative responsibility in case of its absence and submitted about it the corresponding application".
