About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. Item 1.1 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 9, 2017, "About the Commission on the prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) to add No. ZR-96 with the new offer of the following content: "The exception specified in brackets in this Item does not extend to heads of the Investigative Committee and anti-corruption committee (further together - investigating bodies), their deputies and deputy attorneys general.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 24 of the Law:
1) to add Item 1 with new offers of the following content: "The commission does not consider case on cases of violation by heads of investigating bodies, their deputies of rules of conduct and conflict of interest if they concern the act made by them during the performance as the public participant of criminal proceedings. The commission does not consider case on cases of abuse of regulations of behavior and conflict of interest by deputy attorneys general if they concern the act made within implementation of powers, stipulated in Clause 176 Constitutions of the Republic of Armenia.".
