About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014 p., No. 54, Art. 1455; 2017, to No. 73, the Art. 2248), having stated subitem 61 in the following edition:
"61) involves legal advisers, in particular foreign, to protection of the rights and interests of the state in foreign jurisdictional bodies during dispute settlement, consideration in foreign jurisdictional bodies of cases with participation of the foreign subject and Ukraine, providing representation of Ukraine in the European Court of Human Rights, and also national and foreign consultants (advisers), other subjects of managing for provision of the legal, consulting services connected with carrying out the analysis of drafts of international treaties of Ukraine, contracts and other agreements which are signed by Ukraine with foreign subjects, and study of negotiation line items of Ukraine during their conclusion;".
