Bring in the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on carrying out state registration of the scrap electronically approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2024 No. 345 "About implementation of the pilot project on carrying out state registration of scrap electronically" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 33, the Art. 2097) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3:
Word in paragraph one "the digital signature which is based on the qualified digital signature certificate" shall be replaced with words 1) "the qualified digital signature or the advanced digital signature which is based on the qualified digital signature certificate";
2) to add Item after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Applicants from among persons determined in paragraph four of part nine of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" except the military personnel of the SSU and Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine (further - the military personnel), can undergo electronic identification and authentication with use of the State web portal of electronic public services in the field of homeland security and defense "Army +" (further - the Armiya + Portal)".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
2. To add Item 5 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:
