In Rules of financing of construction and (or) acquisition of housing at the expense of the republican budget and (or) release of the government securities, monitoring and realization of housing to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling, approved by the specified order:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. For the cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and areas financing at the expense of the republican budget of one square meter of total area of the dwelling in final finishing (without the cost of engineering networks) constructions and (or) acquisitions of dwellings, is determined in the amount of 70% of UPSS by the large-panel apartment house of the corresponding number of storeys provided for each region in collections of the enlarged cost indexes of construction of the buildings and constructions approved the current year taking into account standard costs on the organization and construction management, estimate profit and unexpected works and costs.
When financing from the republican budget acquisition of dwellings in the reconstructed multi-storey apartment houses for 1 (one) square meter shall not exceed 60% of construction cost (acquisition) of the new apartment house within the Concept.
