About modification of the Procedure for provision by the winner of electronic auction selling subject to big privatization of comments and offers to the draft agreement of purchase and sale

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", the paragraph of the seventh of part ten of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property", for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of privatization of subjects to big privatization I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision by the winner of electronic auction selling the subject to big privatization of comments and offers to the draft agreement of purchase and sale approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 10, 2023 No. 470, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2023 at No. 526/39582, the following changes:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. After receipt of comments and offers to the draft agreement of purchase and sale the privatization authority performs their analysis. The privatization authority has the right to reject changes and amendments to the draft agreement of purchase and sale if they contradict sales terms and the current legislation of Ukraine.";

2. To provide to management of big privatization and transfer of function of management of Department of management of privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
