About approval of Changes in Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 73, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Law of Ukraine of December 04, 2024 No. 4116-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine for the purpose of fight against game dependence (ludomaniy) and enhancement of state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and lotteries", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for application of measures of influence of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Change in Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 at No. 1590/21902 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Oksana Prisyazhenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
