About modification of some orders of the Government (the regulatory base connected with the Law No. 138/2024)

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 241/2006 about approval of the List of the performed works and the rendered services for a fee the Ministry of Justice and organizations and degrees of jurisdiction subordinated to it and rates for them, and also regulations on procedure and the directions of use of special means (2006, Art. No. 43-46, 284), with subsequent changes, the table in the subitem 2) of the Section I to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line items 51 and 52 following of content:

In the Regulations on activities of the Certification and disciplinary commission of the simultaneous interpreters and translators having permission to activities, approved by the Order of the Government No. 868/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 217-229, 945), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The members of the commission including appointed from among government employees receive for each meeting in which they participate remuneration in the amount of one tenth average monthly salaries on the economy predicted the current year which is paid for the account of the financial funds allocated to the Ministry of Justice from the government budget, but no more than for three meetings a month.";
