The cash amount planned by the applicant for investment into the project constitutes 2) at least hundred fifty thousandfold sizes of the monthly settlement indicator established by the law on the republican budget and operating for date of filing of application;
3) the maximum size of cadastral cost of the required parcel of land constitutes no more than 20 (twenty) percent from the volume of investment, the applicant provided to implementation in the project;
4) lack of legal claims and encumbrances of the rights to real estate to the required parcel of land;
5) compliance of category of the required parcel of land to the purpose specified in the business plan of the project;
