The paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"railway tracks of uncommon use - the railroad side tracks intended for servicing of certain users by services of rail transport on the terms of agreements or performance of works for own needs adjoining directly or through other railroad side tracks railway tracks public, or railway tracks more than 100 kilometers long located separately from railway tracks public;";
2) in Item 1 of Article 6:
