1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2016 No. 207 "About approval of Rules of opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts of clients" (the following change is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14422):
in Rules of opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts of the clients approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 27-1 in the following edition:
"27-1. When opening to physical resident persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan - receivers of the alimony (the money intended on content of minors and disabled full age children) of the current account for transfer of the alimony (the money intended on content of minors and disabled full age children), the client represents to bank:
1) the identity document of the receiver of the alimony (the money intended on content of minors and disabled full age children);
2) the statement containing purpose of the current account;
3) the copy of court resolution about collection of the alimony (the money intended on content of minors and disabled full age children) or notarially certified agreement on payment of the alimony (the money intended on the content of minors and disabled full age children) concluded according to the Code about scrap (matrimony) and family.".
