About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of employment assistance
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population", and also enhancement of system of provision of the public assistance on the basis of the social contract, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population" of April 12, 2016 No. 208 the following change:
according to the procedure of registration of citizens as the unemployed or looking for work, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the subitem 3 of Item 17 in the following edition:
"3) the citizens having especially valuable lands the size more 0,05 of hectare and participating in production of agricultural products;".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of the public assistance on the basis of the social contract" of July 15, 2022 No. 385 the following change:
in Regulations on the provision of the public assistance on the basis of the social contract approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 25 of the word "100000 (hundred thousand)" shall be replaced with words "150000 (hundred fifty thousand)".
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
