About modification of the "Rules of refusal of goods for benefit of the state" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 18, 2013 No. 26

1. Add the "Rules of refusal of goods for benefit of the state" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 18, 2013 No. 26 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 2, Article 195), following "Note":
"Note. Changes can be made to this Provision after consultations with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
