1. Add "Rules of creation of duty-free shops and regulation of their activities", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 30, 2013 No. 318 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 10, Article 1235), following "Note":
"Note. Changes can be made to these rules after consultation with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
