1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2021 No. 849 "About approval of Rules of placement and public discussion of projects of subordinate regulatory legal acts on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 24634) the following changes:
in Rules of placement and public discussion of projects of subordinate regulatory legal acts on the Internet portal of the open regulatory legal acts approved by the specified order:
in Item 2:
1) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (further - the Portal) - the object of informatization providing placement of projects of regulatory legal acts and other information according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About information access" for holding procedure of public discussion, except for to information with limited access;";
4) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) information with limited access - information carried to the state secrets, personal, family, bank, trade secret, the secret of the health worker and (or) other secrets protected by the law, personal data of limited access, and also office information of limited distribution;".
2. To provide to department of right explanation and coordination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
