About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning latex for production of carpets
According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
a) in line item with code 4002 11 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU "51C" to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the reference "101C";
b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:
declare the note 51C invalid;
add with the note 101C of the following content:
"<101C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2025 till 31.12.2027 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2025.
