In Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2011 No. 500 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 27, Art. 3936; 2016, No. 47, Art. 6638; 2021, No. 7, Art. 1125; 2022, No. 5, Art. 768):
a) in Item 2:

the paragraph third the subitem "b" after the words "in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation" to add with the words "and at other check points determined by the Government of the Russian Federation";
b) in the text of paragraph one and the paragraph the fourth Item 23 (2) after words "in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation", to add with the words "and at other check points determined by the Government of the Russian Federation".
