About modification of some regulations (strengthening of the mechanism of consideration of investments, significant for state security)

This law partially shifts Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/452 of March 19, 2019 about establishment of legal framework for check of direct foreign investments in the Union published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 79 I of March 21, 2019, CELEX: 32019R0452.

Art. I. - In the Law on the mechanism of consideration of investments No. 174/2021, significant for state security (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 280-284, 384), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. After formula of acceptance to add with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This law partially shifts Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/452 of March 19, 2019 about establishment of legal framework for check of direct foreign investments in the Union published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 79 I of March 21, 2019, CELEX: 32019R0452.".

2. In Article 2:

in the concept "vygodopriobretayushchy owner" of the word "the owner, as he is determined in Article 3" shall be replaced with words "the owner in the value determined in Article 52";

exclude the concept "Council on Promotion of Investment Projects of National Value";

after the concept "indirect owner / acquirer" to add Article with two concepts of the following content:
