"13. In case of the recommendation of the Commission of inclusion in personnel reserve the Service of personnel management no later than 1 (one) working day from the date of carrying out commission session draws up the draft of the order of the Minister on inclusion in personnel reserve, and also the protocol of the Commission and documents specified in Items 6 and 7 of these rules and sends them for consideration of the Minister for decision making.
