Some questions of creation, administration and ensuring functioning of means of informatization (Extraction)

According to Article part four 2, of the paragraph of the seventh Item and part two of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National program of informatization" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 2 parts one of Article 5:

1. Approve enclosed:

Mandatory requirements to creation (to upgrade, modification, development), to administration and ensuring functioning of means of informatization;

Procedure for localization of software products for accomplishment of the National program of informatization.

2. In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1057 "About determination of fields of activity in which the central executive bodies and the Security Service of Ukraine perform functions of technical regulation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, of Art. 3519; 2020, No. 2, Art. 68, No. 11, Art. 434; 2023, No. 65, Art. 3712; 2024, 54, the Art. 3199) line item of Mintsifra in the column "Field of Activity in Which Functions of Technical Regulation (Subjects of Technical Regulations) Are Performed" to add No. with words "; the sphere of informatization (means of informatization, in particular those which use technologies of artificial intelligence, the distributed register)".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
