About entering of amendment into the Law "About Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 22, 2025
Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of November 24, 2004 No. ZR-135 "About currency control and currency exchange control" to add with part 5.3 following of content:
"5.3. Shares of contractual investment fund can be quoted, and payments on them can be made in foreign currency.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
