About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Anti-money Laundering and Terrorism Financing"

Article 1. In item 4 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of May 26, 2008 No. ZR-80 "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing":
1) in the subitem "d" to exclude the words "except for corporate managing directors of investment funds regarding activities for management of investment funds";
The subitem "z" to state 2) in the following edition:
"h. managing directors of investment funds and persons exercising control of non-public funds including regarding the relations connected with management of investment funds".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
